Making digital health clearer, easier, and more equitable
BloomCircuit Health believes that healthcare technology should work for everyone—regardless of ability, language, age, or device. We build accessible, interoperable platforms that help care teams deliver better outcomes and people navigate their healthcare with confidence.
Our mission
We make digital health easier to understand, easier to use, and more equitable for people with different abilities, languages, ages, devices, and care circumstances.
We do this by designing and building health-technology platforms that:
- → Put clarity first. Healthcare is already complex. We make digital systems clear, readable, and predictable.
- → Work for everyone. Accessibility is not a feature. It's built into every decision from the start.
- → Connect seamlessly. Data should flow between systems without manual work or duplicate entry.
- → Deliver real outcomes. We measure what matters: does this actually help? Is care better? Are patients more engaged?
Our values
Make complexity legible
Healthcare is complex. Our job is not to add complexity—it's to reveal the clarity underneath. We design systems that help people understand what's happening, why it matters, and what comes next.
Design with lived reality
We don't build for abstract users. We learn from real clinicians, real patients, real office staff navigating real systems. We test with people with disabilities, speak multiple languages, and work in resource-constrained settings.
Build for durable change
Good digital health technology should last. We build platforms that are maintainable, scalable, and designed to evolve. We avoid dependencies that decay and prefer open standards that outlast trends.
Earn trust in the details
Healthcare is personal. People share their private information with us. We earn that trust through consistency, transparency, and meticulous attention to the small moments that add up to confidence.
Our team
Maren Ellis
Chief Executive Officer
Maren leads BloomCircuit Health with a mission to make digital health accessible and equitable. With 15 years in healthcare technology and digital health innovation, she has guided organizations through complex transformation initiatives. She holds an MBA in Health Administration and is passionate about centering patient experience in every product decision.
Theodore "Theo" Grant
Chief Technology Officer
Theo oversees the technical vision and architecture of all BloomCircuit platforms. A former healthcare systems engineer with expertise in interoperability standards, he brings pragmatic thinking to complex integration challenges. He's committed to building software that is as reliable as it is accessible.
Priya Nanduri
VP, Product Strategy
Priya shapes the product roadmap with a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical needs. She has led product development at digital health startups and health systems, always asking: what problem are we actually solving? Her background in health informatics and user research informs every feature and design decision.
Julianne Brooks
Director of Experience Design
Julianne leads the design team with a philosophy that clarity is kindness. Her work spans patient-facing portals, clinical interfaces, and internal tools—all guided by user research and accessibility best practices. She's led design systems for multiple healthcare organizations and believes great design should be invisible.
Marcus Bell
Director of Clinical Partnerships
Marcus bridges clinical reality and product development. A nurse by training with years of health system operations experience, he ensures that every feature we build makes sense for clinicians and care teams in the real world. He knows healthcare's complexity and brings that wisdom to every conversation.
Elena Voss
Accessibility Engineering Lead
Elena is passionate about making technology work for everyone. A blind software engineer and accessibility specialist, she brings lived experience to accessibility work. She leads our testing with assistive technologies, mentors the team on inclusive design, and ensures we're building for real users, not just passing automated checks.
Cameron Whitaker
Principal Solutions Architect
Cameron has architected digital health solutions for large health systems for over 25 years. He brings deep knowledge of EHR integration, enterprise deployment, and the realities of healthcare IT. His guidance helps us build solutions that actually integrate with the chaotic, fascinating systems that real organizations run.
Naomi Feldman
Head of Research Operations
Naomi leads our research practice, which includes user research, usability testing, and outcome measurement. She believes in evidence-based design and rigorous evaluation. Her work ensures we're building platforms that actually improve outcomes, not just feel good in theory.
Isaac Romero
Security & Compliance Manager
Isaac is responsible for the security and compliance posture of all our platforms. A HIPAA and healthcare IT security expert, he ensures that every line of code and every process meets healthcare's rigorous security and privacy requirements. He believes security is a feature, not a cost.
Daphne Cole
Client Success Director
Daphne ensures that every client gets maximum value from their BloomCircuit platform. With a background in healthcare program implementation, she guides clients through deployment, trains teams, and listens to feedback. She's the translator between our engineering teams and our clients' real-world needs.
Owen Park
Senior Health Data Engineer
Owen specializes in health data integration and interoperability. He has built HL7 and FHIR implementations, data mapping tools, and integration solutions for complex healthcare environments. He brings both technical excellence and pragmatism to the challenge of making healthcare data actually portable and useful.
